To choose the right size for your Wise trail running jacket (Thermalshell 112), it is recommended to base your choice on your chest and waist measurements to ensure a comfortable and high-performance fit during your run.

Jacket size guide:

XXS: chest 78–83 cm | waist 66–70 cm
XS: chest 84–89 cm | waist 71–76 cm
S: chest 90–94 cm | waist 77–81 cm
M: chest 95–99 cm | waist 82–86 cm
L: chest 100–104 cm | waist 87–91 cm
XL: chest 105–110 cm | waist 92–97 cm

Measure your chest at the pectorals and your waist above your hips.

Between two sizes: what to choose?

- A size up will provide more comfort and allow for layering with additional clothing.
- A size down will offer a more fitted feel, ideal for reducing wind resistance and optimizing performance.

How to know if the size is right?

A well-fitting trail running jacket should:

- Stay close to the body without compressing
- Allow for good freedom of movement
- Be comfortable with or without a backpack
- Not flap in the wind

Proper care of your Wise trail jacket is essential to preserve its performance, breathability, and durability over time.

Washing

- Use a delicate or synthetic cycle at 30°C
- Opt for a low spin speed (minimum rpm)
- Use a liquid detergent without harsh chemicals
- Avoid fabric softener, which can damage technical fibers

Drying

- Air dry your jacket
- Avoid prolonged direct heat sources

Reactivating water repellency (for waterproof jackets)

For waterproof jackets, it is recommended to:

- Follow the same washing instructions
- Reactivate the water repellent treatment after several uses

You can:

- Tumble dry the jacket on a delicate cycle (10 to 15 minutes maximum)
or use a hairdryer
