How do I choose my size?

Each product family has its own guide: women's tops, women's bottoms, sports bras and jackets. Take your measurements and compare them with the product's size chart.

What do the numbers in WISE product names mean (Short 522, Tight 330…)?

It's the WISE coding system: three digits from 0 to 5 that describe the product's function. For bottoms, they indicate the carrying capacity, the type of built-in underwear and the length of the outer short. The Short 532 therefore offers maximum carrying capacity, a mid-length inner tight and a short outer short. Everything you need to know about the coding system.

What should I wear for an ultra-trail race?

Think in layers. The Dry Bra and a T-shirt 230 under your pack, a long-sleeve top (T-shirt 350 or Layer 550) for the cold and the night, a warm or windproof layer (NanoShell, SigmaShell), then the Blackshell³ and the Rainshell Pants for rain. How do I care for my WISE clothing?
