The EverdryAero 105 g fabric is a bi-stretch woven construction developed by incorporating a network of soluble yarns, which are dissolved during the dyeing process to reveal a grid of ventilation channels, an innovation from Payen.

EverdryAero 105 g retains all the strengths of EverdryAero while offering a slightly higher weight of 105 g/m², creating the perfect balance between thermoregulation and breathability for a T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt.

The outward folded and bonded hem is a finish specifically designed for the ultra-light EverdryAero fabric, helping to maximize durability. By orienting the hem outward so the fold does not come into direct contact with the skin, it eliminates any risk of irritation caused by friction. Note that it may require one run for the bonded finish to relax and fully adapt to the fabric’s elasticity.
